Benefits / Compensation:
- Compensation will be based on your experience & your ability to deliver high quality treatment (typical compensation range is between $160,000 - $300,000 based upon your individual dental production & future ownership)
- You will either be paid a Percentage of Collections or a Competitive Base Salary.
- Full time schedule available - allowing you to build your patient base within an established practice.

Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing
- Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
- 2+ years of experience in General Dentistry
- SMART certified or willing to become certified
- Experienced in treating Sleep Apnea, Endo, Ortho, and Oral Surgery is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader in the practice to create team culture, drive revenue, and ensure patient satisfaction
- Deliver dental care needs to all patients including: evaluating x-rays, performing oral exams, completing basic restorations, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, dentures, periodontal treatments, etc.
- Develop treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues.
- Interact with patients & instruct them on proper oral care.
- Build relationships with local specialists to refer patients to if needed.
