Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans and provide resources.
• Assess and identify student needs related to attendance, mental health, and family challenges.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and assist in developing strategies to improve student well-being.
• Connect students and families with munity resources and support services.
• Document case notes, maintain confidentiality, and ply with legal and ethical standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Licensed social worker with experience in school settings, preferably K-12.
• Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and munication skills.
• Knowledge of social service agencies and resources.
• Crisis intervention experience is a plus.
