Travel EEG Tech Job
- Core responsibilities: Set up and operate EEG equipment, prepare patients for procedures, monitor signal quality, adjust equipment to optimize data, document findings accurately, and relay results to the care team under physician direction. You’ll ensure patient safety throughout testing, troubleshoot software and hardware, and participate in routine maintenance and calibration to uphold quality standards.
- Professional growth: This role provides a robust path to deepen neurodiagnostic proficiency, with exposure to bedside EEG, long-term monitoring in select sites, and collaboration with neurologists, technologists, and other allied professionals. You’ll refine technique, expand familiarity with modalities such as polysomnography when available, and gain leadership experience through mentoring junior staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
