Overview
The Media Planning Supervisor will focus on the creation, execution, and monitoring of media plans to secure the best investment options in a variety of mediums to maximize clients' reach to targeted consumers.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a thoughtful decision-maker and team player who loves data and has the proven ability to assist with strategic planning initiatives including: deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development. This is a supportive, collaborative team that partners with a data-driven client to execute campaigns for an iconic brand.
Responsibilities

Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with various teams to execute plans across various channels

Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across their respective channels

Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams, and leadership

Lead strategic planning initiatives including: deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development

Analyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation

Develop guidelines & budget allocations

Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs

Support development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities

Responsible for management and development of Associates and Senior Associates
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights

3+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channels on a national level

Local media planning experience preferred

Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
-
Experience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore etc.)

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $79,990 - $114,975. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
