From the first-shift standup on the CNC floor to second-shift First Article Inspections on a Zeiss CMM, every role plays a vital part in building flight-critical components. TekPro is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire for nine immediate roles across operations, engineering, quality, and logistics.

Open Roles (9)

1. Production Supervisor — CNC Machining (1st & 2nd Shift)

   • Own day-to-day CNC machining output and team direction
   • Coach operators, assist with setups, and reinforce standard work
   • Deliver on safety, quality, and throughput metrics; Lean/5S a plus
   • 2+ years in machining; team leadership experience preferred

2. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer & Quoting Specialist

   • Generate precise bids for complex, tight-tolerance components
   • Estimate cycle times using CAM (TopSolid, Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)
   • Lead DFM reviews and cost models to balance performance and price
   • Aerospace/defense background preferred; 5+ years CNC/manufacturing engineering

3. CNC Machining Quotation Engineer / Estimator

   • Evaluate RFQs, prints, and CAD to scope work accurately
   • Build estimates spanning labor, materials, and outside services
   • Safeguard AS9100 and ITAR requirements
   • 3–5+ years in precision machining estimation or related experience

4. CMM Operator (Zeiss & LK) — 2nd Shift

   • Run Zeiss & LK CMMs using Calypso/CAMIO
   • Execute first article, in-process, and final inspections
   • Read GD&T and blueprints with confidence
   • 2+ years of CMM experience preferred

5. Quality Engineer — Metals Machining

   • Drive APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and robust control plans
   • Maintain AS9100 compliance across processes
   • Lead root cause and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why)
   • 3–5+ years in aerospace/precision machining quality

6. Shipping & Receiving Attendant II — 1st Shift

   • Manage ERP-driven shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy
   • Create BOLs and coordinate freight carriers
   • Operate forklift/material handling equipment
   • 2+ years with ERP/WMS systems

7. Tooling Engineer

   • Engineer tooling strategies for titanium, high-temp alloys, and stainless
   • Extend tool life and lower cycle times through process optimization
   • Support multi-axis CNC operations
   • 5+ years in tooling/process engineering

8. Zeiss CMM Programmer — 2nd Shift

   • Develop Calypso programs for Zeiss CMMs
   • Lead AS9102 First Article Inspections
   • Interpret advanced GD&T and CAD models
   • 5+ years of CMM programming experience

9. Production Supervisor — CNC Machining (Additional Opening; 1st & 2nd Shift)

   • Oversee machining teams and allocate labor effectively
   • Manage overtime, performance, and skills development
   • Champion continuous improvement initiatives
   • Strong CNC background required
