Client Sales Representative
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Client Sales Representative to own shipper relationships, develop new business, and drive revenue growth in the US freight market. This is a ground floor opportunity at a company with real infrastructure behind it. If you’re confident on calls, sharp with people, and motivated by results - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts
- Cold call and email outbound leads daily
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide competitive rate quotes based on market trends
- Grow existing accounts while consistently hunting new ones
- Lock in daily and weekly freight commitments
- Coordinate with carrier reps on operational issues
- Oversee shipments through to delivery
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Client sales experience in logistics
- An active book of business is a strong plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer literacy - CRM, email, and dialer tools
- Customer-first mindset with sharp listening and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
