Summer Program OT needed for Intensive Autism program: Total Classrooms: 4 Total 2 High School classrooms 2 Transition-age classrooms Total Students: 23

Schedule: June 15 - July 23 Monday-Thursday (no school on Fridays) Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PMThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
