Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care under supervision to patients in a clinical setting.
Collect vital signs, document findings, and report changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope.
Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health systems.
Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the team promptly.
Assist physicians and RNs with procedures and patient positioning.
Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue relevant certifications.
Collaborate within a high-visibility, target-driven healthcare environment.
Demonstrate reliability and accountability for personal performance outcomes.
Assist in care planning and contribute to care plan updates.
Support patient education and provide empathetic, patient-centered care.
Experience/Qualifications
Current LPN license in the applicable state with board verification.
Proven competency in vital signs, documentation, and EHR data entry.
Ability to administer medications and treatments per physician orders within scope.
Strong infection control practices and compliance with safety protocols.
Experience in patient assessment and timely reporting of condition changes.
Collaborative teamwork with physicians, RNs, and care teams in fast-paced setting.
Reliability in completing tasks, accountability for personal performance outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to care planning and care plan updates.
Patient education and empathetic, patient-centered communication.
Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development and relevant certifications.
