Key Responsibilities :

As a Litigation Attorney, you will manage cases from inception through settlement . Responsibilities include:

• Managing a heavy personal injury litigation caseload
• Conducting thorough investigations to establish liability and damages
• Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery disputes, motions, and MSJ oppositions
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Providing exceptional client communication and updates throughout the case
• Serving as First Chair in civil jury trials

What We re Looking For:

• Licensed attorney in good standing and eligible to practice law in Illinois
• Personal injury experience preferred (but strong litigators from other areas encouraged to apply)
• In-depth knowledge of Illinois state laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Committed to professionalism, discretion, and client-first service
