Certified DEF is hiring Class A CDL Regional OTR Drivers with Tanker Endorsement
Certified DEF is a leading distributor of bulk and packaged Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). To keep up with the growing demand, we need more dedicated drivers! You'll have plenty of miles and dispatch will work with you on scheduling. Dispatch works hard to get you home weekly for reset. However, they need flexibility to keep you out for up to two weeks, when the need arises.

OVERVIEW
Drivers transport Diesel Exhaust Fluid in the company’s proprietary trucks to fuel locations and oil distributors throughout their dedicated region.
Drivers are responsible for venting and loading/unloading using hose and pump.
Company will train on fluid handling. 100% Non-Hazardous.
Our drivers average 2500 miles per week and are paid excellent cpm whether loaded or empty.
Trucks are all late model 18-speed transmission Kenworth sleepers.

COMPENSATION
Earn up to $90,000 per year or more
$1500 per week average (prior to bonuses)
Quarterly performance bonus
Monthly retention bonus

Excellent mileage pay (empty or loaded) PLUS an additional load/unload rate.
Weekly direct deposit-paid up to last delivery

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
At least 21 years of age or older
2 years of CDL Class A driving experience minimum
Current CDL Class A in your state of residence
Current “N” Tanker Endorsement – NO TANKER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Current DOT Medical Certificate
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record and possess verifiable experience
No more than two chargeable accidents in the past three years
No more than two moving violations in the past three years
No DWI/DUI convictions in the past seven years
No felony convictions in the last ten years
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background and drug test.
