What You Will Be Doing
Connecting with K-8 students as a mentor, building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset
Using AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education paths—students progress at their own pace, you guide discovery
Designing and lead life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that prepare students for lifelong success
Fostering a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth—help students identify their strengths and interests
Associate Key Responsibilities
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
3 year's experience coaching or mentoring children
Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Willingness to work in-person at our Phoenix or Austin campus
Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
