1st shift: M-F 8 am-4:30 pm

In this role, you'll be the final step in getting our products ready for customers, ensuring every item is packaged efficiently and accurately to meet our high quality and safety standards. Packager Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, weigh, and pack finished products according to customer orders and company procedures.
• Assemble containers, cartons, and crates, and insert necessary protective materials like padding and foam.
• Verify products, labels, and paperwork (e.g., packing slips) to ensure all order specifications are met before sealing.
• Operate and monitor essential packaging equipment such as sealers, scales, and labeling tools, and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Conduct visual inspections for product and packaging defects, removing and reporting any faulty items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of packaged materials, utilizing physical logs or basic inventory software.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory.
• Basic literacy and math skills (counting, adding, weighing).
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but not always required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills .
