Position Summary:
Vista Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or disability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and goals

• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive techniques

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued care

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of [Insert State]

• CPR certification (BLS)

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not required
