Volt is immediately hiring for **3rd Shift Warehouse Workers - Buffalo

Grove, IL

Pay Rate\ :* \$18.00 - \$19.80 per hour.

Shifts: 12-hour rotational shifts 6pm to 6am

As a Warehouse Worker you will *: *

• Review production schedules, process procedures and specifications

regarding the sequential start-up, operation and control of automated equipment and peripheral hardware.

• Monitor the operation of the automated equipment and peripheral

hardware. Initiates adjustments to ensure that the automated equipment and peripheral hardware operate within the established control limits.

• Visually inspect quality levels of production on the automated

equipment and peripheral hardware. Makes adjustments to equipment or hardware when workmanship drops below quality specifications. Initiate rework/repair activities on product that is substandard to the specifications.

• Record data required for statistical process control or inventory

management.

• Perform troubleshooting measures on the automated equipment and

peripheral hardware as needed for production efficiency.

• Perform sequential shutdown, including the cleaning of the automated

equipment or peripheral hardware.

• Wear PPE as required to maintain a sterile production environment.
• Lift, bend, stretch, kneel, and reach to move product and components

(up to 50 pounds) to required positions or areas.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to stand for entire 12-hour shift; work on a rotating shift

including weekends

• Have great attention to detail
• Be able to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions.
• Have the ability to effectively present to other employees, leads

and supervisors of the organization.

• Previous Machine Operating experience is a plus.
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility

requirements (background screening, logic test, etc.)

• Be within a 40 minute commute of the Buffalo Grove location

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several

factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
