Validation Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Validation Engineer to support a chemical manufacturer for personal hygiene products in Elgin, IL. This engineer will support validation activities across equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes. This role will develop and maintain validation plans and protocols, conduct qualification/validation testing, manage calibration programs, and ensure alignment with cGMP and regulatory expectations. The position also participates in deviations, CAPAs, audits, and cross functional improvement initiatives.

This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity paying between $45-55/hr W2 based on experience. This is a fully on-site position in Elgin, IL. Please apply if you're interested!

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) + 3-5 years of validation experience

-Experience developing and executing validation protocols, reports, and SOPs

-Ability to conduct qualification/validation of equipment, systems, processes, and software

-Knowledge of calibration and metrology programs, including scheduling and documentation

-Understanding of cGMP requirements, root-cause analysis, and CAPA processes
