Service Manager - Heavy Equipment
Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Service Manager. This company sells and rents high quality earthmoving, compaction, paving and milling machines, crushing and screening equipment, trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a team of 9 Field Technicians and 3 Shop Technicians to service and repair large heavy equipment on site and in the field. This position reports to the President.
- Must have a deep knowledge of heavy equipment - maintenance and repair, (mining, construction, road building equipment, systems, engines and components).
- HS Diploma or GED, technical, vocational, trade school education is preferred
- Must have 3-5 years experience in shop management
- Must have good communication skills, organizational skills, management skills, and computer skills.
- Base 90-125k base with bonus and very good health benefits, 401k, etc., Relocation assistance is available if needed.
