You will be working alongside two James Beard nominated Chefs so an understanding, and appreciation of cuisine will be important. Key requirements include attention to detail, working flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays), proficiency in POS systems, menu knowledge, and the ability to handle high-volume environments.
