D365 F&O Senior Consultant – Supply Chain – 160k Bonus – Remote (US Based)

I’m working closely with a leading Microsoft Partner that’s continuing to scale its Dynamics 365 F&O practice, with a particular focus on supply chain-led transformation programmes. As part of this growth, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant with strong Supply Chain Management expertise.

This is a consultancy that values quality delivery, flexible working, and building long-term relationships – both with clients and their team. You'll be joining a remote-first setup with a healthy pipeline of enterprise projects across the US

Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of D365 F&O Supply Chain solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SCM best practices and transformation strategies
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and produce detailed functional documentation
• Provide post-go-live support, optimisation, and guidance for continuous improvement

Experience
• Proven experience delivering D365 F&O (or Dynamics AX) solutions with a Supply Chain focus
• Strong knowledge across Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information, and Warehouse Management modules
• Confident in leading client workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a Microsoft Partner, consultancy, or customer-facing delivery role
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US (travel expenses fully covered)

Salary
This role offers a base salary of up to 160,000, plus a performance-based bonus and a strong benefits package.

Location
This is a remote-first position open to candidates based anywhere in the US. While most of the work is home-based, you’ll need to be open to travel (up to 50%) for client engagements or internal team meetups.
