Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

Pay Rate: $62/ hour

Shift: 4x10 Hour Shifts (9:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

On-Call: Yes – Overnight and weekend call (2–3 times per week)

About the Role

MedOp Solutions is partnering with a healthcare facility in Illinois to hire an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment.

This role requires a skilled technologist capable of working in a fast-paced imaging environment while performing a variety of CT procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with EPIC, and the ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekend shifts and overnight call coverage.

This opportunity is well-suited for technologists seeking consistent full-time hours and hands-on experience in a dynamic CT imaging department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with physician orders

• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort

• Administer contrast media following established protocols

• Monitor patients during and after procedures for adverse reactions

• Operate CT imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality

• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards

• Document all procedures and patient information accurately in EPIC

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses

• Participate in on-call rotation for overnight and weekend coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of CT Technologist experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and patient care standards

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Scheduling & Expectations

• 4x10 hour shifts (9:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

• Every other weekend (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• On-call coverage required: overnight and weekends (approximately 2–3 times per week)

• 40 hours per week guaranteed
