You might be our person if you:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Positive, patient‑friendly attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required; training is provided.
WE LIKE TO KEEP IT REAL ABOUT YOU WORK DAY
No two days are the same, but here's a taste of what you'll be up to as our Patient Services Representative:
- Perform detailed medical record reviews of patient charts
- Conduct ANS and EKG testing
- Accurately transcribe and document assessments into the electronic health record
- Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and team members
- Assist Medical Assistants as needed to support smooth clinic operations
LET'S TALK SCHEDULE FOR OUR PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Here's the scoop on your hours:
- Full-Time
- Monday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Tuesday: 8:00am–7:00pm (1‑hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Wednesday: 8:00am–1:00pm (No lunch)
- Thursday: 7:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm (No lunch)
