DIRECTOR OF BRAND AND CREATIVE SERVICES

Location: Chicago, Illinois Job Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $200,000 - 225,000 per year

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Brand and Creative Services in Chicago, IL! As the Director of Brand and Creative Services, you will be at the helm of the creative endeavors, driving the conception, execution, and optimization of Firmwide marketing campaigns and projects. Your strategic vision will play a pivotal role in elevating our client's brand identity and ensuring that the creative outputs aligns with company goals. Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal creative agency, collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other C-suite executives to ensure a unified global brand experience.
• Supervise a growing team of designers and creatives across different offices, including one direct report and five indirect reports.
• Foster the development, mentorship, and inspiration of the creative team, encouraging them to conceive and deliver innovative solutions that enhance brand awareness across diverse target audiences.
• Champion the brand by continuously developing and managing brand architecture and visual identity across various regions and practices.
• Work closely with the global cross-functional Business Development (BD) & Marketing teams to devise and implement strategies for marketing and communication initiatives aimed at both internal and external audiences.
• Oversee the strategy and design of various touchpoints, such as print and digital materials, video production and post-production, websites, social media, email marketing, microsites, brochures, pitch decks, signage, advertisements, and PowerPoint templates.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to deliver high-quality media and content that elevates the brand.
• Source and establish partnerships with creative agencies to ensure top-notch content production.
• Acquire and implement new tools, training programs, change management processes, and governance structures for brand initiatives.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the digital asset management system and collaborate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team on email marketing systems and processes.
• Offer general creative and brand consulting services and act as the compliance point for all branded giveaways, building signage, and related materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Director
• B.A. or B.F.A. in graphic design or related field, with coursework/experience in marketing/communications a plus
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 8 years of creative management or leadership experience within an agency, in-house or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate branding and design principles.
• Experience supervising work and leading large-scale projects for wide range of stakeholders and personalities.
• Proficient in project management, Adobe, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with audio and video recording software and production; budget processes/management.
