Automotive Service Technician responsibilities * Perform work and execute repairs as outlined on repair order accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealer and factory standards. * Test drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special equipment. * Ability to properly diagnose and repair customer concerns correctly the first time. * Document all work performed. * Communicate diagnosis and repair time frame to Service Advisor in order to keep the customer updated. * Communicates any additional work needed directly with the Service Advisor * Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
