OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves coordinating meetings, ordering supplies and various administrative tasks to support the team and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This position is budgeted at $50,000
This role is in office 5 days per week
How you'll make an impact- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Handle the Orphaned Tasks in IR
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience in insurance, risk management, or related industries is a plus
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
