Job Title: Master Diesel Technician
Dealership: Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Oak Lawn, IL)
Pay: $47 per flat rate hour (Based on Experience, ASE Certifications, and/or Training)
Schedule: Full Time

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on Stellantis diesel vehicles (Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, etc.)
• Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision
• Utilize the latest Stellantis diagnostic tools, software, and service equipment
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture
• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every repair

Qualifications

• ASE Certified Master Technician (Diesel specialization strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of excellence in diesel diagnostics and repair
• 3+ years of hands-on Stellantis/Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram diesel experience (or equivalent OEM experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
