What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor contents technicians on job sites.
• Supervise packing inventory and restoration of personal belongings.
• Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.
• Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
• Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards.
• Roll up your sleeves carpet cleaning deodorization mold remediation and more.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience (1 years in a supervisory role preferred).
• A knack for organizing and motivating people.
• Strong communication skillsEnglish required Spanish a plus.
• Valid drivers license & clean background check.
• IICRC certifications (Water Fire & Smoke Carpet Cleaning Applied Structural Drying) are a bonusbut not required well help you grow.

The Work

• Physical and hands-on: lifting moving cleaning and organizing.
• Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
• Youll be on the movesometimes in homes sometimes in the warehouse sometimes both in a single day.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
