TIG Welding Lead – 2nd Shift | Leadership Opportunity in a Climate-Controlled Shop!

Are you a skilled TIG welder with a passion for leadership? We’re looking for a TIG Welding Lead to take charge of our second shift operations. If you have experience training others, enjoy mentoring a team, and want to work in a clean, air-conditioned environment, this is the opportunity for you!

• Lead and support a team of welders on the 2nd shift
• Set up and operate TIG and orbital welders, including purging and adjusting current/voltage
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Train new hires and ensure smooth communication between shifts
• Perform quality inspections and assist with stainless steel fabrication and assembly
• Lift and move parts up to 50 lbs as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and safety

• 5+ years of TIG welding experience(ASME certification preferred)
• Prior experience in a lead or trainer role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and perform quality inspections
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
