Event Director
- Pre-Event Coordination of event equipment transportation
- Oversee on-site Game Day operations, manage equipment logistics, and ensure adherence to tournament and facility rules
- Communicate with teams in person as well as through electronic text message system
- Ensure correct entry of all game scores and tournament seeding into TourneyMachine.com
- Manage all other Game Day USA interns and staff assigned to the event, maintaining proper staffing coverage at all times
- Work closely with Facility Staff and Umpire Assignor throughout the duration of the event
- Coordinate and execute all end of tournament Awards Ceremonies
- Complete proper post event paperwork to be returned to Game Day USA office
- Assist in tournament wrap-up, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and returned to Game Day USA HQ
- Openness to travel, hotel is provided for events located 60 miles away
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Conflict resolution skills
