We are actively hiring a Laminator Operator (Night Shift) in Elk Grove Village, IL, to support our fast-paced manufacturing and production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operator experience , especially those with exposure to lamination processes, chemicals, and precision measurement tools .

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure high-quality production output
• Set up machines, adjust controls, and perform routine troubleshooting
• Work with chemicals, adhesives, and coatings following safety and quality standards
• Accurately measure materials using a ruler, tape measure, or other precision tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and production guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience handling or measuring chemicals, adhesives, or similar materials
• Ability to accurately read and use a ruler or tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work night shift / overnight schedule
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Laminator Operator or working with lamination equipment
• Background in printing, packaging, plastics, or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety standards
