Food Runner
Mordecai is currently hiring food runners (hourly + tips). Prospective candidates need a strong focus on food knowledge, hospitality, teamwork, and be able to perform well in high-volume settings. Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and climb stairs. Proficiency in English is required. Must have availability on days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. This is a seasonal position with the potential for growth.
Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate.
Mordecai is a restaurant located across the street from Wrigley Field. Our service style is warm, approachable, and refined. We are looking for professional and detail-oriented individuals with a strong service standard background and ability to work in a high-volume environment. Team-focused personalities coupled with humility and a desire to learn are valued.
