Home-Based Trip Planning Consultant
About the Role
Were expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Home-Based Trip Planning Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with researching options, organizing personalized plans, and coordinating reservations all from the comfort of your home.
If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and managing details with accuracy, this opportunity offers flexibility, growth, and ongoing support. No prior industry experience is required we provide full training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with organizing and coordinating customized travel plans

Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide clear, accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client needs and budgets

Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries efficiently

Maintain detailed and organized client documentation

Participate in team training sessions and virtual meetings

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

Must be at least 18 years of age

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
