We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and trends, providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in various nail and wellness services will enhance the overall client experience. We are a natural nail shop with a majority of our clientele being men. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures and pedicures
- Sanitize tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to retail sales.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Licensed in Cosmetology or nail technician field is required.
- Familiarity with various nail techniques and products.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
