We're searching for someone with at least 1 year of experience who’s ready to take the lead and grow with us in this exciting, commission-based opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Head Studio Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our studio. Your responsibilities will include:

- Vocal Engineering : Crafting high-quality audio and ensuring every project meets professional standards.

- Client Collaboration : Working closely with clients to bring their creative visions to life.

- Client Acquisition : Actively seeking out and bringing in new clients to expand our reach.

- Workload Management : Taking on additional projects and managing client needs as the studio grows.

️ What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- 1+ year of experience in vocal engineering or a related field.

- A strong understanding of multimedia and marketing principles.

- A self-starter attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A passion for creativity and a drive to grow professionally.
