Position Title: Food Service Trainee

Description:
American Accord Food Corp is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Manager Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position within food service management while developing skills in administrative tasks, operational support, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

• Participate in on-the-job training to learn about food service management, kitchen operations, safety protocols, and administrative duties.
• Assist with preparing reports, data entry, and managing records.

Operational Support:

• Support supervisors in managing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with meal preparation, inventory monitoring, and maintaining proper storage of food and supplies.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as filling gas for fleet vehicles and assisting with vehicle maintenance scheduling.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle front office tasks, including answering phones, processing paperwork, and supporting general office administration.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Interest in pursuing a career in food service and administrative management.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
