Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a new Citrix standard across the organization

• Drive end-user design for both clinical and non-clinical environments

• Collaborate closely with a team of Project Managers and a Program Manager

• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure milestones are met

• Work on redesigns, mergers, and consolidations of technology landscapes

• Communicate effectively using technical terminology (role is not hands-on technical)

• Apply strong project management expertise to coordinate multiple moving parts

• May assist with ServiceNow implementations and other infrastructure initiatives during downtime

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare environment

• Citrix expertise

• End-user design and testing experience

Thin client knowledge - ServiceNow implementation experience (ITAM/SAM/HAM modules)

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows (clinical and non-clinical spaces)
