Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients
• Collecting and analyzing data on the client's behavior, identifying areas of concern, and developing a plan to address those concerns.
• Designing Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implementing and Monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans
• Training and Professional Development
• Training and supervising RBTs
• Educating family members and caregivers on effective behavioral strategies
