Assistant Project Manager – Construction

A well-established General Contractor is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career, gaining exposure to projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery from preconstruction through completion
- Assist with bidding, take-offs, estimates, and subcontractor coordination
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
- Track schedules, budgets, and project progress
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Assist with QA/QC processes and project closeout activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in construction or project support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
