Remote Product Management Specialist

In this pivotal role within our data organization, you will be responsible for steering a strategic roadmap that aligns data efforts with educational objectives. Your leadership will empower teams through actionable insights derived from data analysis, fostering effective decision-making across the organization. You will engage with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of compelling data solutions while maintaining an environment of effective communication and agile practices. Accountabilities

• Craft a strategic roadmap for data teams aligned to company objectives.
• Gather user requirements and understand data needs to ensure solutions address user challenges.
• Deliver quarterly data projects while reinforcing best agile practices.
• Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and analytics stakeholders for project alignment.
• Establish clear KPIs and track performance for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data solutions meet privacy, security, and data quality standards.
• Facilitate agile processes to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide proactive communication regarding project progress and changes.
• Drive documentation to support transparency and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams with clear goal setting.
• Understanding of data-wrangling concepts; experience with data tools like SQL, Tableau.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
