Your Mission

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines to protect uptime.
• Rapidly diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and implement effective fixes.
• Maintain meticulous service records and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering to improve process reliability and efficiency.
• Recommend and carry out approved equipment upgrades or improvements.
• Model strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

What It Takes to Succeed

• 3+ years as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Direct experience on CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines is required.
• Fluent in reading blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals; strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus (not required).
• Reliable, detail-driven, and open to working overtime when needed.
