Pay Range: 20$ per hour to 25$ per hour

We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Facilities team, must be able to clearly communicate and closely work with Rate’s Business Services Team, Workplace Services, and in-house construction teams on supporting departmental and company goals.
• Completes day-to-day tasks associated with Facilities Team. This includes, but isn’t limited to,
• Maintaining a clean work environment, inside and outside of offices
• Stocking and distributing offices supplies
• Minor fixes for plumbing, lighting and general handyman responsibilities
• Daily mail sorting and distribution
• Stocking and maintenance of vending machines
• Supporting events team with prep and cleaning up after company events
• Moving furniture between offices and storage space
• Maintaining 3rd floor event space and the Rate Roof Deck
• Completes supply orders and delivery of supplies for HQ and nearby offices
• Assists with Guaranteed Rate’s employee moves at Rate headquarters offices and satellite locations

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able read and understand simple furniture plans
