Tech Delivery Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in application development, enterprise solution engineering, and IT process management. This role will be responsible for overseeing technical resources tasks and project allocation across multiple programs, driving process improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals and service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT portfolios, leading cross-functional technical teams, and optimizing operational efficiency within healthcare or medical claims environments.

Skills and Requirements

• 7-8+ years in technical program/project management (scrum master preferred), within IT and healthcare/insurance domains.

• Strong background in developer task management, system design, and process optimization projects.

• Experience managing IT portfolios and providing financial oversight.

• Strong understanding of business goals, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Some background in application development, ideally previous hands-on experience in SQL Server and .NET (C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core)
