Entry Level CNC Machine Operator Trainee – $20–$24/hr Locations: Teutopolis and Effingham, IL Shift: Primarily 2nd and 3rd shift shift but some 1st available

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor adjustments
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Utilize CNC equipment including saws, drills, and banders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or related field preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
