We're seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Technologies Architect to lead the charge in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and efficient supply chain solutions. What You'll Do:

Lead the Way: Design, analyze, and bring to life exceptional solutions for systems and applications, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and the exciting world of cloud modernization.
Architect the Future: Create and maintain detailed technical blueprints for software applications, embracing modern architecture principles and best practices. Your work will be the foundation for future innovation.
Ensure Excellence: Conduct thorough application design reviews, ensuring solutions meet all requirements—from performance and reliability to security and compliance.
Empower Teams: Guide the IT team on technical designs, development practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and integrations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Get Hands-On: Dive into development challenges, validate architectural decisions, and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to accelerate delivery and bring ideas to life.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with management, business leaders, and fellow IT architects to shape and execute the IT roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Explore the latest trends in supply chain technology, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance application development.
Inspire and Mentor: Coach and mentor technical experts and team members, helping them implement architectures that support new business capabilities.
What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in crafting application designs that tackle complex requirements and developing high-level execution plans.
Expertise in designing application landscapes for cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP a plus).
Deep understanding of modern integration patterns, including REST/SOAP-based APIs, message-driven and event-driven architectures.
Extensive experience with both traditional and cloud-native application architectures, leveraging Azure PaaS, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
A knack for influencing, guiding, and facilitating architectural alignment.
A solid understanding of product management and agile development principles.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience leading global or regional supply chain technology implementations, including WMS, TMS, or ERP solutions (like SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or PMP.
Familiarity with warehouse automation, IoT-enabled logistics, or AI/ML-driven supply chain optimization.
What We Offer:

Competitive pay: $132,000 - $199,000 a year.
