Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the crew leader to complete assigned landscaping tasks for residential and commercial properties
- Perform maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and caring for lawns, plant material, and hardscape areas
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to achieve high-quality results
- Assist in improving the appearance and health of landscapes through regular maintenance
- Contribute to team efforts to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Some experience in the landscape industry preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Valid Illinois driver's license and good driving record preferred
- Experience with commercial mowing is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Responsabilidades
Trabajar bajo la dirección del jefe de equipo para completar las tareas de paisajismo asignadas para propiedades residenciales y comerciales. Realizar tareas de mantenimiento, incluyendo cortar el césped, podar y cuidar el césped, el material vegetal y las áreas de paisajismo.
Operar el equipo de paisajismo de forma segura y eficiente para lograr resultados de alta calidad.
Ayudar a mejorar la apariencia y la salud de los jardines mediante el mantenimiento regular.
Contribuir al trabajo en equipo para mejorar la eficiencia y cumplir con los plazos del proyecto.
Requisitos
Se prefiere experiencia en el sector del paisajismo. Se ofrece capacitación a candidatos motivados.Se prefiere licencia de conducir válida de Illinois y buen historial de manejo.
Se valorará la experiencia con corte de césped comercial.
Se valorará el dominio del inglés y el español.
