Zoho Admin
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing user provisioning, roles, and permissions across the Zoho suite
- Implementing and maintaining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Enforcing security policies such as IP restrictions and login controls
- Conducting periodic access reviews to ensure compliance and governance
- Handling license lifecycle management and audit support
- Ensuring proper documentation of access controls and administrative processes
We are looking for candidates with:
- Hands-on experience in Zoho administration (Zoho One / CRM / related apps)
- Strong understanding of RBAC, security controls, and governance practices
- Experience in user lifecycle management and compliance audits
- Ability to manage access policies and enforce security standards
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
