Associate Scientist I
- Support reagent manufacturing processes and product development
- Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to reagents
- Design experiments, develop testing schemes, and analyze data
- Prepare protocols, reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams
- Assist in process and test method validations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with process and test method validations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
