DCFS Lead Qualified Teachers
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead DCFS Qualified Daycare Teacher to oversee and implement high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational space for children while ensuring compliance with DCFS licensing standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, classroom management expertise, and a passion for fostering developmental growth in young children.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of childhood development, early childhood education, and preschool curricula
- Experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
Required: 6 hours of ECE college credits with 60 total college credits, or 6 ECE college credits with 30 college credits with a year (clock in hours at a childcare center) or, a CDA.
