Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist role is available for the uping school year, providing essential healthcare services to K-12 students within an educational setting in Des Plaines, IL. This onsite position requires a dedicated professional skilled in pediatric physical therapy within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on improving mobility and functional abilities.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in pliance with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive learning environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy, preferably within a school or healthcare setting.
• Strong munication skills to effectively liaise with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
