Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible neurologist
Inpatient + Outpatient responsibilities
Preferred skills: EMG , EEG interpretation , continuous EEG reading
Active Illinois license required
Schedule & Workload
Priority given to providers who can cover 7 consecutive days
Monday 7 AM ? Monday 7 AM
Clinic:
8 AM 12 PM (4 hours)
710 patients/day
Appointments: 40 min new / 20 min established
Afternoon: Hospital rounding for consults
34 consults/day (varies)
Stroke-certified center
Teleneurology handles all acute strokes
Neurology consulted on hospitalist admissions as needed
Call:
12 calls per night
Typically no in-person overnight presence required
EMR: EPIC
