Sparkle Express Car Wash in Beverly is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing, guest-focused team.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
• Guide customers through the Sparkle experience from start to finish.
• Promote wash packages and memberships in a clear, persuasive way.
• Drive membership sign-ups and upsells daily.
• Keep service flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Work alongside a supportive team committed to excellence.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Is naturally engaging, upbeat, and great with people.
• Enjoys a sales-focused environment and communicating value.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow.
• Has customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required).

Pay & Perks:

• $15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
  ($20/hr starting pay ).
• CSRs can earn well above $5/hr in commission through a clear, achievable sales program.
