Job Summary
Part time Phones / Delivery Receptionist Position to assist with organizing and managing drivers and delivery orders. (15 hours per week)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle all incoming phone orders
- Transmit orders to the kitchen by recording patrons' choices and identifying their special dietary needs and requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Work under the guidance of our FOH managers
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to create a memorable connection with guests through our food.
- Gain mastery of the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offering.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
- Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude
